Payment is due within 5 days of placing your order.
For fastest shipping, pay with PayPal or Google Checkout when you place your order. We will process your shipment within 2-4 weeks. PayPal EChecks can take up to one week to clear before we can ship your order.
We also accept US Postal Service Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Items paid for by Money Order or Cashiers Check will be shipped within 2-4 weeks of receipt of payment.
Because of the length of the hold required, we are no longer accepting personal checks.
Shipping costs are quoted in each listing. If actual shipping costs are significantly less, we will refund the difference. Most items are shipped USPS Mail or Parcel Post if requested. Smaller items may ship First Class Mail and heavier items may be shipped UPS Ground.
For large orders and international orders
Postal transit times vary depending upon your location and the type of service, so you will be provided with a delivery confirmation or tracking number to track your purchase.
Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis.
Item descriptions are as honest and accurate as our knowledge allows. Photos are also provided to assist in the description process. If any flaws are spotted during our testing and inspection process, they will be included in the description. Photos of flaws will also be provided where practical. As hard as we try, words and pictures do not always provide the information you need. We understand that and your questions are encouraged and welcome.
Returns will only be accepted if there is a gross error in the item description. Please advise us of any problems within 2 days of receipt of item. Prior authorization of returns is required. Authorized returns must be postmarked within 48 hours of return authorization and must be received in our warehouse in the same condition they were sent out in. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
We work hard to provide accurate descriptions of all of the items offered. All items are sold “as is” and refunds and returns will only be processed under special circumstances at the sole discretion of Moetleh Cards and Messages. Such special circumstances include if the item is determined to be significantly different from the description, or if the item arrives damaged to the customer’s premise due to a defect.
If the damage is due to a shipping issue, then the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping agent (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). If the damage is due to a defect in the product, then Moetleh Cards and Messages will work with the customer to process a return. Please contactMoetleh Cards and Messages before returning an item. Items that are returned acquiring approval will be denied.
